“The Apprenticeship framework is a great match for the job role I’m doing.”

Madeleine has progressing well within her role at Actavis. Hilary Jeffries (Technical Transfer Manager at Actavis)is very pleased with how she is getting on:

"Madeleine is an excellent team player and has very quickly acquired the skills and knowledge that are important to her role.   Madeleine has been involved with several projects that have led to efficiency improvements.”

Madeleine has the following advice for anyone thinking of undertaking an Apprenticeship:

“Firstly research your options, prepare well for your interview, don't be afraid to choose an Apprenticeship over university and finally be really committed to learn and get as much out of the Apprenticeship as possible”

Madeleine has now been employed directly by Actavis now that her Apprenticeship is complete:

“I would highly recommend an Apprenticeship; they provide on the job experience whilst gaining knowledge and qualifications.”
