ABB Ltd is Located in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, they area global leader in power and automation technologies that enable utility and industry customers to improve their performance while lowering environmental impact.


Paul Adamson, Projects and Proposal Manageris responsible for mentoring the apprentices in the workplace.  Paul contacted SWAC as ABB Ltd were aware that the future of their business was related to ensuring young engineers were brought into the business as part of their succession plan.


From the first meeting with SWAC, Paul could see the potential of working collaboratively and that ABB Ltd and SWAC working together would be the best path to take.
