Full Description of Vacancy:
Fantastic opportunity to work with a corporate services team based in central Bristol. You will provide administrative assistance to the corporate services department in Governance, Human Resources and office management and help carry out the day to day tasks in relation to Corporate Services. This will include collating performance  management information, administering the complaints process, electronic filing and archiving of records, administering the office and stationary supplies, and carrying out various surveys. 
 
Key responsibilities:
 
Provide support in day to day running of office, including:
  • Answer and direct phone calls 
  • Collection and administration of data
  • Update and manage Social Media and intranet 
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms as required
  • Order office supplies and support all office administration
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Liaise with people at all levels within care settings to handle requests and queries

  • Ability to work as a member of a team and support colleagues to help achieve team objectives
  • Can prioritise effectively and manage a busy workload with a high level of organisation
  • Excellent social media skills
  • Has an understanding of the importance of achieving value for money in all aspects of work
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Welcomes and contributes positively towards change and improving services
  • Can work on own initiative and have ability to check for accuracy and has attention to detail
All staff are required to be flexible in their approach and have a willingness to get involved where necessary.
 
Qualifications required:
GCSE grades A*- C (Grades 5 to 9) in English and Mathematics or equivalent
 
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Plus ½ hour for lunch (unpaid) – This can be flexible.
 
£4.00 per hour
£150.00 per week
