May marks the start of our #InspiringFutureApprentices campaign
This is to not only celebrate the success of our current and past apprentices, but also to inspire some of you out there to get that apprenticeship and start your career. We would like to support you in knowing where to go for support and advice as well as to see how apprenticeships have worked for some of our current and past apprentices.
Keep an eye on our social media over the next couple of months as we will be posting some exam advice and tips, interview and CV advice, job vacancies and also some advice from our apprentices on how they are progressing in their apprenticeships and how they dealt with their exams.
We will also introduce some really interesting ‘hidden jobs’ so what you may think is a business administration role or another engineering role could actually find you in a fascinating company that you never knew existed!
To kick start our campaign…
We are very pleased to announce (although a little bit sad to see them go) that two of our apprentice’s, Nazim and Jack, are ending their apprenticeship journey after 5 years as they have successfully completed their engineering apprenticeships, and are now starting their career as employees at Hydro in Cheltenham.
Nazim and Jack have worked incredibly hard to achieve their qualifications with Gloucestershire College and secure permanent roles at Hydro and SWAC are so proud of everything they have accomplished during the time they have been apprentices with us.We wish you both the best of luck for your future at Hydro and a massive well done to you both!
An apprenticeship can lead to so many excellent opportunities – we think that it is time that YOU have a look into them and start your exciting journey, just like Nazim and Jack.
