A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to take a key role in a growing business within the Administration team. Working within a small team this unique and varied role offers a great opportunity for those with an eye for detail, accuracy and motivation who want to develop in a growing business.

Key responsibilities:
• Provide support in all areas within the team
• Adhere to all legislation in line with company policies and procedures
• Banking administration
• To ensure that all tasks are completed to the standard set by the Manager
• To ensure all system notes are made in full and are kept up to date, complying with the agreed standards set out by the Manger
• All notes must be professionally written – no text message slang etc. and all notes to remain impersonal
• Full details recorded of tasks performed
• To ensure all activities are diarised for action or follow up and to ensure these are then performed at the appropriate time
• Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines, especially during periods whereby ad-hoc administrative duties must be  undertaken
• To effectively contribute to meetings, training or 121s as and when required
• In keeping with company values, to assist in other collection an administrative work when required, as instructed by management
• To attend training sessions to further develop knowledge and skills when appropriate

The successful candidate will be required to consent to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting in the workplace

Qualifications Required:
5 GCSEs grades 4 to 9 (grades A* to C) including Maths and English or equivalent

37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch

£4.50 per hour
