We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice to join the business and assist the Global Transit Director (and the Global Transit Team) with day to day administrative duties. The role includes working as part of an administrative team with colleagues in different global regions, to ensure effective, smooth operations.

Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Client liaison to organise meetings, collate documents and fact finding
  • Travel co-ordination including international travel and visas
  • Diary management and cross-company diary co-ordination for meetings, workshop, etc
  • Support management of electronic regional and global databases and monitoring systems
  • Support on production of slide decks for meetings
  • Timesheet and Expenses production via Oracle
  • Assist with client invoices, raising purchase order requests
  • Data entry on the client relationship management system

Qualifications Required:
GCSE or equivalent in English Language or Literature Grade 4 to 9 (C to A*) Essential
GCSE or equivalent in Maths Grade 4 to 9 (C to A*) Essential
GCSE or equivalent IT (Grade 4 to 9 (C to A*) Preferable

40 hours per week
Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Monday to Thursday in the office and Friday remote working.

£14,000 per annum
