Welcome to National Apprenticeship Week 2022! It is the 15th annual week long celebration of Apprenticeships and the theme for this year is “Build the Future“. We will be recognising this by sharing successes from our apprentices and hosts over the last 12 months who have built on their own skills and development to secure a future career for themselves or hosts who have supported apprentices and this has had a positive effect on the future of their business.
For us here at the South West Apprenticeship Company we have already had a great start to 2022, both completing our 10th year as an Apprenticeship Training Agency in the South West and also recruiting our 1000th Apprentice. This is a huge milestone for us and even more meaningful that this apprentice will be employed with Rosebank Health who have worked with us now for 9 of our 10 years and have hosted over 30 apprentices with us! Many of these have completed more than one qualification and some have remained working with Rosebank some years after completing their apprenticeships. There have also been many award nominations and winners a fantastic reflection on such a supportive host company and also a great relationship with their training provider Lifetime Training. We look forward to continuing to work with Rosebank Health and seeing more successful apprenticeships… Thank you for all of your support.
National Apprenticeship week will also see us meet some more of our apprentices, including an interview with Hannah Mouland at Seamap, a fantastic completion story from Byron at City of Bristol College. As well as this we will meet some of our new hosts and share their apprenticeship experience, we will look forward to hearing from Pittards and IOP Publishing.
We will share the successes from 2021 / 22 and our apprentices who have completed and are moving on to the next steps in their future careers thanks to the support from their Apprentice Manager Alice, their Host employers and also their training providers.
Last but not least this week we will be sharing our Apprentice of the Month for January too! So please follow us throughout National Apprenticeship Week and we look forward to sharing our stories…
