🌟 October Apprentice of the Month: Charlotte Hennessy
We are delighted to announce Charlotte as SWAC’s October Apprentice of the Month.
Charlotte is hosted by City of Bristol College. Charlotte is studying towards a Business Administration level 3 apprenticeship. Her training is being delivered by City of Bristol College.
Charlotte began her Apprenticeship in 2025 in the Curriculum Administration Team and hopes to progress onto a level 4 apprenticeship on completion. She has recently been offered a permanent position at the college once her apprenticeship is complete.
Charlotte’s Line Manager, Lottie said “Charlotte has been a fantastic addition to City of Bristol College and the Curriculum Administration team. She has made such a huge impact in the short space of time she has been here.
Her can-do attitude and willingness to learn has been a breath of fresh air, Charlotte has worked enormously hard on various projects across the college including helping to organise our annual end of term Summerfest event and supporting the enormous task of enrolling students at the beginning of the term.
Charlotte’s professionalism and hard work has been noticed by others across the college who often comment on her positive and helpful nature.
We have been very lucky to have Charlotte as part of our team, and we are so proud that she is SWAC’s Apprentice of the month!”
Charlotte’s Assessor, Sarah shared the following “I’m so proud of Charlotte and everything she is achieving through her apprenticeship. She works hard and to the best of her abilities and is an asset to the college and to her team. I’m sure she will have a bright future ahead of her.”
